At TEPLO, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Your Right to Cancel
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
This right applies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days by emailing info@teplolab.uk.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.
Please note:
Due to the nature of our products (handmade aromatic candles), we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery, unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or damaged candles
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@teplolab.uk.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or faulty product
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 days.
Shipping costs:
- If returning an item because of a cancellation, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If returning a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@teplolab.uk.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@teplolab.uk with your return request.
- Wait for confirmation and further instructions.
- Package the item securely.
- Send it to the return address provided in our confirmation email.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return.
